For Jim, the Meadow helps him fulfil his ambition of enabling wider access to developmental experiences to people no matter where they are or who they are. His hope is that The Meadow becomes a gathering place for participants and convenors, from which great conversations emerge, and things happen that move the dial on the big issues facing us.
